Electronic Toe Load Measuring Device. This device is extensively used to measure of toe load of elastic rail clip as well as load of ERCS in LWR/CWR tracks.

Device has a electronic load cell for gauging the load imparted by toe of rail clip. Machine has been modularly designed to incorporate measurement of multiple ERCs (MK lll TO MK V) and rail clips design.

Product has load capacity of 2 tons and suitable for all variants of ERC used in Indian railways and all other rail clip variants used on metro/railways networks. Device comes with pre calibrated load cell- digital display integrated unit with option of load display in kilogram force or kilo newton force.
